1. An informational, pre-launch site
This site describes a product that is in development. Everything on it, including descriptions of features, capabilities, performance figures, and pricing, is informational, reflects our current plans, and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver any feature, or a guarantee of future functionality. Any use of the Orvarex product itself, once available, will be governed by a separate agreement.

To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total aggregate liability arising out of this site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
