Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information the Orvarex website at orvarex.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Orvarex is a pre-launch product, and this site exists to explain what we are building and to let interested teams get in touch. We have tried to keep both the site and this policy simple.
Who we are
The site is operated by Orvarex, Inc. If anything in this policy is unclear, or you want to exercise any of the choices described below, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect very little, and we collect it in two ways:
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. It gives us aggregate counts such as page views, referrers, country, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us, for example to request early access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.
The site has no user accounts, no signup forms, no comment sections, and no advertising trackers. We do not set cookies for tracking purposes.
How we use it
We use analytics data to understand, in aggregate, how people find the site and which pages they read. We use email correspondence to reply to you, to keep track of who has asked for early access, and to follow up with you about Orvarex if you asked us to.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run advertising on this site and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Sharing
Analytics data is processed by Cloudflare on our behalf. Email you send us is stored with our email provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention
Analytics data is aggregate and retained per Cloudflare's standard retention for its Web Analytics product. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to maintain the conversation and our early access list. If you ask us to delete your correspondence and remove you from that list, we will.
Your choices
You can browse this site without providing any personal information at all. If you have emailed us, you can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it directly.
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, for example when the product launches and accounts exist, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly here.
